HouseVentura provides Cloud Real Estate Tools. Once you add your properties and client’s data on HouseVentura, you will have access to control, edit and share it anywhere, anytime. You can check your meetings from an integrated calendar and your visitor statistics on the personal agent page.

There are three membership options on HouseVentura!

First, free membership. This is the standard account on HouseVentura. You will have an integrated calendar on a personal agent page and be able to export your clients and properties data to an Excel file. You can see your visitors with basic statistics. In the free account, it is limited to 5 property listing and 10 clients listing, maximum.

If you want limitless property and client adding opportunity, HouseVentura has Professional Account membership with monthly or annual payment options. In addition to free account membership, you will also have to import clients and properties from an Excel file. You will be able to see visitor metrics with detailed statistics. Experience HouseVentura with all provided solutions. Contact us and begin your company’s enterprise membership. With other services, you will be able to add your team and company information with your logo.

You can cancel your membership anytime. After canceling, you can continue using the system until the next billing period.

After payment completed, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund in 15 days. But once your money refunded, your membership will be downgraded to the standard account.

Payments will be online through a highly secured payment system. Your card or bank information will not reach us. There are two billing period options; monthly or annually. Monthly payments are $99/month. Annual payments are %950.4/year, which you save up to 20% of your money!
